What we do
We're a Melbourne-based, “mainly 70s” dance band that will have you dancing like it's 1979! Playing live music events for corporate functions, parties, golf club, bowls club and RSL events, and weddings, we'll perform in all suburbs of Melbourne and surrounding areas.
Our 6-piece band is comprised of experienced musicians. It's all authentic, live music, no backing tracks, and includes material from a variety of iconic artists. Our Salute to ABBA and Fleetwood Mac show is a crowd favourite.

Covers in the Corner delivers a fun, high-energy live music experience. Our experienced musicians are passionate about people enjoying music.
Our setlist is packed with the hits that defined decades — from rock 'n' roll and Motown to ‘60s pop, ‘70s soul, and ‘80s favourites. Playing dance classics is what we do best!
Whether you’re planning a ticketed concert, themed party, corporate event or private celebration, Covers in the Corner delivers a show that keeps audiences entertained from the first note to the last dance. In addition to themed events, we also perform general shows with a great mix of songs.
Check out our Salute to ABBA and Fleetwood Mac - combining the soulful harmonies of Fleetwood Mac with the pop brilliance of ABBA. Relive the classics, dress up, sing loud and dance all night!
And we're happy to do seasonal events too - Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Christmas in July, and Spring Carnival events, all with our signature dance-friendly sets.
Our Services
OUR PERFORMANCES
We perform for either two or three sets plus encore (2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours from first to last song), depending on the event.
Background music is played through the PA system before and in between live sets to keep the vibe going.
If MC services are required, we can provide that too.
AUDIENCE ENGAGEMENT
Audience members are welcome to join in...
Use our tambourines to be part of the music.
We invite guest singers from the audience for a number of songs.
And the props & prize giveaways have proven to be audience favourites.
EQUIPMENT
While we love using the venues PA when it's available, we're also self-sufficient with all our own PA equipment.
Our microphones a available for speeches, through the PA system.
We bring our own dance floor and stage lighting when the venue doesn't have it.
Meet the Band
Jacinta - our powerhouse lead vocalist! Her voice takes the audience from the soul of Stevie Nicks to the sparkle of ABBA’s greatest hits.
David - guitar, vocals, and plenty of stage charm! Bringing rich harmonies and iconic riffs, he keeps the party going all night.
Matt - our guitar maestro! With his signature sound and soulful riffs, he brings the magic to every song. A true guitar legend that delights everyone.
